Thank you for your interest in our Mother in Law apartment in the Highlands neighborhood of Kirkland, Washington! We're minutes from both downtown Kirkland and I405!

This mother in law is in the lower level of our mid-level entry home. Which means, our renters enjoy the luxury of a walk up apartment that is divided from our home by a door and flight of stairs. We're a young, active family with strong values and a desire to live in harmony with our neighbors! While we do have young kids, they are in bed early and we are not known to host raucous parties. :)

Other useful features include off street parking, pets welcome (did I mention that the 7 acre park behind us is an unofficial dog park?) TONS of storage, and incredible (ahem) neighbors.
